I found the transfer switch and have bypassed it by putting a 30 amp female end plug in coming from the generator into the shore power storage area.
Now to use the generator I just have to plug in the shore power to that plug in when I want to use the generator. This is how many other RVs are set up that I have seen and I prefer it that way because of simplicity and less electronics to have to rely on.
The transfer switch was on top of the power converter. I couldn’t see this until I removed the drawers above it. I never did that until your suggestions because I could see the back of the power converter from under the sink but the switch was hidden from the back.
