By equivalents, I suppose you mean equal AHs. What you have demonstrated is that those FLA AHs are not available for use due to Voltage drop which results in inverter LVD.
Using a Panasonic inverter microwave set for 700W and a 700W Mr.Coffee, I was able to run a total 26 minutes from a 5+yo 79AH Deka 8a24M AGM while making breakfast. This was while dry camping at Quartzite and the battery had already run 2 x Dometic 35CF 12V fridges overnight, with one holding ice cream. Even more remarkable is I began the cooking with the battery reading 12.46V. The Magnum 1000W/50A inverter charger has a 10V LVD and it did shut down; stout electronics in there!! The second pot of coffee stopped at that point.
