Trimark controller issue

I have an issue with my Trimark controller that locks/unlocks the entrance and compartment doors. If the control board is plugged in I get one long beep followed by two short beeps. This will continue until I unplug it.

Also, the doors will not lock/unlock electronically anymore.

I have replaced the relays with no luck. Trimark is no help because they will not return phone calls or e-mails because I'm not a dealer.

Anyone got any ideas?
