- Artum_SnowbirdExplorerWhen it happened to me I found a cable at home, and I connected to the splitter and fed to the TV in the bedroom. That did make things better. So at least I knew it was the cable to the bedroom.
99% of the time it's one end or the other, the other part is buried, so I examined the connection points. Eventually I realized that the splitter end of the cable was faulty. The pin in the center had retracted just enough to not make the connection when it was fully screwed in. I took my pliers, grabbed the center pin, and pulled it a bit out. Worked from then on. So, it's just something to check. - snowpekeExplorerMy cable imput did not work so after investigating the factory guys crammed the coax in a tight spot and kinked the cable. I shortened it up and now works fine. Take off the outlet covers and check for that.
- Bill_SatelliteExplorer IIWow, we need a lot more information. Has it worked in the past? Are you in the same location where it last worked? What do you need to do to select OTA TV or Cable TV? Bedroom only but working elsewhere? If no OTA or Cable in the bedroom but works OK elsewhere you have a cabling issue and only you or a dealer can trace that down. Again, has it ever worked on that TV?
- wa8yxmExplorer IIITHe possibilites are many. FIrst is your antenna switch the common wall plate or is it a Matrix switch (Box of many buttons)
