That looks like a Bargman Recessed lighted Assist bar. Fixture is 74-32-002 for one with no switch. NTP part 74-32-002
The replacement lens is a 74-32-030. NTP part 20-0399
Most RV stores should be able to order from the old Northwest trailer supply.
