Unsafe outlet?

I have a small Klein Tool Tester that is showing "Hot/Neu. Reverse" when plugged into a nearby outlet. Would this outlet be safe to use for a couple of hours? Thanks in advance for any input....RT 210

For what? Charging your phone, sure. Plugging in the RV, no.
