USB outlets in faceplate fed w/ 12v?

I am hoping someone here has seen a product like this if it exists. I have a single 12 volt cigarette lighter style receptacle installed in our coach. the receptacle is part of a one-piece molded single gang faceplate. It is fed with two wires at 12v.

The current receptacle has broken and I need to replace it. I would love to replace it with an option that has USB ports in it for charging phones since that is all I am using it for anyway.

I can find all kinds of products with USB connectors in a faceplate but they are designed for home use and they require 120 volt. Has anyone found anything like this that can be fed with 12 volt?
  • That is perfect. I assume that I could just get a blank cover plate and cut an appropriately sized hole in the faceplate for this to mount in.

  • I am not looking for something to plug into a cigarette lighter receptacle. I am looking for a permanently installed USB option to replace the cigarette lighter receptacle.

  • Just to clarify (cause I'm easily confused) USB ports (pins 1,4) are 5.0 VDC not 12 VDC.

    FYI only....

There are many like this out there but they're all 120VAC powered:

  • It seems that maybe you wnat to put two 12v sockets to replace the one. Will your wiring support that? You can put in two standard 12v sockets and use one of the devices downtheroad suggested or the second could be
