When I get a RV site with a suspicious looking power post outlet, is it good to use DeoxIT D5 or DN5 spray to clean the outlet terminals? What I mean by suspicious is not broken, but old and worn. ...

If you have severe corrosion, what I call the green crusties, apply D100 an let it soak for about 24 hours. You might need to repeat this a couple of time during that period.
Open the circuit breaker to the outlet, and use a generous amount of brake cleaner to "blast" out the green stuff. Brake clean will dry in minutes. Reapply D100.
As said before, this will NOT fix worn or weak springs in/on the actual contact.
