Using 1 pound propane cylinder in an emergency
Is there an adapter available where I can use a 1 pound cylinder on my truck camper in an emergency or while I'm out getting the 20# tank filled?

I haven't done the math, but a 30# tank will run my fridge for weeks.
So a 1# tank will definantly keep the fridge running in a pinch.
Saving a bunch of very EXPENSIVE food.
