Using 1 pound propane cylinder in an emergency
Is there an adapter available where I can use a 1 pound cylinder on my truck camper in an emergency or while I'm out getting the 20# tank filled?

Yep. Fridge is a hog, people often don't realize this because they camp just a day or two. More than 1 lb a day for a 6 cf frig, up to 1.5 lb. One green cartridge will be gone in 24 hours or less. Stove needs 10 times less, only 0.1-0.2 lb a day. You can cook on that 1 lb cartridge for a week.
