I will add this.. DO NOT under any conditions "Back feed" if you wish to power the house eitehr
1: As one person up above did put in a seperate system for the RV to power (He used an inlet outside the house, he called it a "Male socket" and an outlet inside the house) or put in a proper generator transfer system as I did.
DO NOT BACK FEED
The proper method insures mechanically that you can not connect to both the power mains and the RV at the same time.. ONE MUST be shut off (3 position switch Mains/OFF/Generator, or some other type of lockout that insures only ONE source is active)
IF you have both systems live and power is restored your Generator can be damaged (Totaled) or worse yet catch fire
IF a line man is workign on what he believes to be a "Cold" (not energeried) wire and finds it is "HOT" (powered) He can be killed and YOU can be charged with his death (manslaughter).
