Looks like a standard tower computer, cooling fan. I just put 1 in a ceiling vent in my TT.
I used the red and black wires only. Light weight, and almost silent.
Don't know the cfm, probably not much, but you can easily feel it with your hand.
I'd go for it.
I leave mine on 24/7 for ventilation. That's what they are made for.
