If you can research the fan that is in it and find the CFM or cMeter/hour ratings then we can at least meet the CFM requirements of the original fan Can you post a pic or type the fans sticker over the center hub?
You sure the fan is 20MM and not 25MM thick? Would a 25MM thick fan fit?
I am most impressed with Noctua fans.
I replaced the loud 40mm fan in my Schumacher with a 60mm Noctua.

These come with 2 optional resistor cables to slow them down. I put both inline for super slow speed yet the schumacher does not overheat.
I'll be taking this fan and putting it into my new Meanwell 30 amp clone that can do 37 amps, but with no resistor cables.
