VEC1093DBD Smart Battery charger - amazon warehouse deal

Used "like new" for just under $56. Black & Decker VEC1093DBD Smart Battery charger. Click on the 'used' prices and it will come up. I put one in my shopping cart and it said there were 9 left.

Last night I ordered one of the new ones at $99 plus free shipping.

I wanted to make sure that I got a complete manual and wasn't sure if an used charger came with the instructions.

My decision to buy the VEC1093 was based on reports posted here, but the reviews posted on Amazon were not exactly 'glowing'. Hope Black and Decker's quality has not slipped.
