Yes, I would say so. However your link brings up a good question.
Description says "valve regulated lead acid battery" and title says AGM.
The battery I mentioned says "sealed lead acid" and the spec sheet says AGM. I was under the impression that these were not AGM, but rather a better designed flooded lead acid.
However the fact that they can be mounted in any position makes me believe they ARE AGM regardless of the terminology.
IE Sealed Lead acid = valve regulated lead acid = AGM?
IIRC, those "smooth black box with flush lugs" batteries are all produced by NPP, who is like the Johnson Controls of Taiwan. Huge battery manufacturer.
Worth noting, a "known" quality name Renogy, have the same 4D battery you posted for $20 less.
