Video - Rare occcurance Batteries in Full Float

this is my Battery Monitor with both the PD 70 and Solar in Float mode very rare for me 13.42 volts bottom number is the changing amps From 1.5 to zero watch the Charging LED blink as the charging ...

Surprised you would say that
UPS batteries spend most of their life at zero state
or very minor milliamps charge
Other wise they would be cooked useless when it came time for them to work
