My post would've made more sense if you had read it first :)
1) I never said I had replaced the roof.
2) Dicor sealant does have all the problems that I mentioned - bubbling, shrinking, slow curing. From my personal experience.
3) You can move AC around if you go "liquid way", rather than rolling out new membrane. Was done by others - apparently not by you.
