What are you trying to switch? That will determine the size of the relay you need.
If you are talking about a few hundred watts, Radio Shack still carries what you need. Other than that, All Electronics carries the relays you would need, along with a simple wall wort power supply to switch it. Just remember that 100' is actually 200' of round trip control wire, so size appropriately. A typical coil of a small relay might draw around 50-100ma.. Personally I would choose 24vac for control.
