We use the Carry-Out dome and a 612 receiver with HD capable.
We use this combination as it is a dual receiver so we can record while watching a separate channel. Picks up HD just fine.
BTW, I believe your assumption that all SD channels are on 119 is incorrect.
We had a SD receiver before, and it would change sats with different channels.
