Found the number and called. They have both scratch and dent and damaged units from shipping. The difference is one happens at the warehouse and the other is the freight company. The units from the freight company would be a little less because the carrier paid for the damage. We will be getting one in about a month when we are at our next volunteer area as long as one is available. Thanks very much. You saved us a lot of green backs.

Do you have a phone number? What types of damage do these units usually have,or are they just scratch and dent?

I have the 2100XC which is a vented model. It works well and has never caused a problem in 5+ year of full time use. The ventless models use a lot more water so if you boondock much you might want to consider a vented model even if you have to cut the hole.

Splendide vented works great.

We have a Dometic combo which is ventless. Did not want to cut hole in our 5ver. We start it then leave for day and it is all done by the time we get back. It takes about 3 hours per load. DW loves it now after Tx trip without one. Going to CG laundromat in heavy rain helped me convince her. 6" rain in about 4 hours the day before cruise out of Houston and needed laundry done.

Splendide 2100XC vented... a little bigger ???? Ok, not as small as previous models.

We used a Kariba (rebranded Slendide) vented combo at our Adirondack cottage for about 10 years before we remodeled and had room for a full sized stacked pair. It was removed from an RV before we got it, and the only repairs I made in the time we had it was to clean built up lint out of the vent connection and replace the door latch.
