Slid the air shutter back more to make the holes bigger now about 1/3 the slots. Amazing! Flame now all blue, not much noise, perfect.
I had 1/4 slots in mind from the blurb on that, and had blue flame then a long tongue of yellow that went in and around the corner. I didn't even try more open, because I thought 1/4 was the target. Wrong!
Now only a flicker of yellow amongst the blue, no long tongue, and it is still fairly quiet but just starting to "roar". If I open it some more get no flicker of yellow, all blue but more noise. Very touchy setting as was stated above.
Still can't hear it inside the rig, but can't have everything.
