White hose has water dripping from it. Red hose is dry. Drained fresh water a couple of days ago, so it's empty. Have tested water heater and run water last couple of days prior to draining FW tank...

Sorry, my TT is so simple that the only pair of hoses outside the trailer, one red one white, would be the water heater hoses.
I did not drain the water heater.
The only draining I did was the fresh water tank.
Surprised to see water dripping from the white hose from the water heater.
