Water heater is drained via drain plug in outside water heater compartment.
Sounds like cold water drain is leaking or open and draining.
OK, so there is water dripping from the low point drain line (thanks for clarification), but the plug seems tight. I'll have to figure out if the water is dripping from the plug or coming from above and dripping off the plug.
If dripping from above and down onto drain plug you need to ID where that water is coming from ASAP.
Water leaks will destroy an RV---FAST
If plug is dripping it will pour when using pump or city water connection. It needs to be fixed before next use.
