Water leak. Normal? Problem?
White hose has water dripping from it. Red hose is dry. Drained fresh water a couple of days ago, so it's empty. Have tested water heater and run water last couple of days prior to draining FW tank...

Have you removed the plug to inspect the sealing surface?
If there is a rubber gasket it probably needs to be new.
