Water Pump Doesn't Work - When City Water is Disconnected
Whenever I disconnect the city water when we're getting ready to leave, the water pump doesn't work right away. The light comes on the switch but It doesn't even turn on. Then after driving and we stop for a break, it starts to work again. Sometimes, not always, the pump will continue to run and not build pressure. I have a water tank fill valve and make sure it is in the proper position. This has happened intermittently. Could this be a problem with air in the line or the prime? I've never had this issue with other RVs. Would a new water pump fix this problem?
