Just get a sling psychrometer, (Amazon} I used them at work to determine the wet bulb temp. That's what the 'Feels Like' temp comes from. It's done electronically now, my indoor-outdoor thermometer does it with no slinging. This old tech....heh.

Only way I survived summers at Ft. Irwin was to keep my uniform wet. Didn’t know the science...did know the relief.
