I am collecting old WHIffCO'S for use as single-stage 13.6 volt power supplies for donation to useful public projects down here where a 10-amp battery charger costs 200 US Dollars. If anyone is interested in helping good people please PM me. I get them from San Diego through Mexican Customs into the country. Ramcar is donating (8) group 27 cyclable batteries.
