This is on a brand new TT with brand new hose and has nothing to do with the holding tank. I just added a 2nd photo from our filter screen at the end of last year. The stuff is in the CG water supply because it deposits on the screen before it gets into our unit.
I say bio material because of the slimy look to it. It won't be algae because that needs sunlight to grow.

When is the last time you cleaned and sanitized your potable water system? It is very possible that what your seeing is coming from your water hose, or water lines inside your trailer.
