For his in-trailer converter/charger, he reports that it puts out 13.75 volts. I don't have a figure for the portable charger though. It's a 2001 model trailer, and likely the converter/charger is original. I'm wondering if a new 3 or 4 stage charger/converter, such as the Progressive Dynamics PD9245, would be a wise purchase, given that he is having problems charging/maintaining his batteries with the portable charger.
