Raise voltage to 16.0 NO HIGHER, or bad things may happen to a good battery
The charge should be and remain as close to 5 amperes as feasible. It isn't easy to do, the old Harbor Freight charger could do it.
Thinking back, maybe I should have become a crook and accepted that high five figure check to endorse my credentials to the theory of pulse charging. It would have desulfated my checking account.
