Losing 75% of your charge daily has probably roasted those batteries to the point of no return. You might get away with that on some true deep cycle batteries for golf carts or tractions, but not with a group 27 Deep Cycle from Walmart.
50% is it.
I am also of the opinion, since I am in the same boat as you, with a walmart group 24 DC at 75 amp hours that will not get the specific gravity much above 1.240, despite sitting on a charger at 6 amps, delivering 3, at what started as 15.67V and then after bubbling for 2.5 hours, the voltage had now dropped to 15.59V.
My gut feel is that you need to check the SG on these Walmart Deep Cycle batteries from brand new, with you fully charging it first after buying, then reading the SG, to base line what it should be.
Something tells me that despite taking very good care of my Walmart special... that they are not something I will ever be buying again for my travel trailer... something about them really stinks, if you dry camp, for over 3 days. They don't take a lot of charge cycles, even down to 50%.
What kind of lighting bulbs are you using, incandescent or LED's?
