Undercharging and so sulfation. Use the 1093 to charge them till it says FUL and then do an Equalize till it says FUL again to get them into the 15s as shown here.

The U-2200s should have an SG at least 1.275. If not repeat the Equalize routine a couple times and see if the SG comes up.
Yes, you need solar. Repeated 50-90s is death from never going higher in SOC than 90. Doing some of those in a row is ok as long as you then do a "recovery" to 100% with the 1093 as above say after each set of five 50-90s. If you do one every two days then that would be a recovery every ten days (or is it twelve?) whatever.
With solar you do more like 80-97s so now your daily undercharge is only 3% instead of 10%. You can go weeks and weeks. But you still need to do that recovery to 100% every so often, but now it is only say once a month instead of every ten days.
