What is the "galley" gauge on my monitor panel?

I just bought a 2001 10.5' Forest River Real-Lite Truck camper. The monitor panel has light for 'battery', 'fresh', 'galley', 'bath/shower', and 'black'. I'm used to just seeing fresh, grey, and black...

Yep, you have a grey tank just for your kitchen sink - a nice feature as long as it doesn't have a separate drain.
