What is the "galley" gauge on my monitor panel?

Just to clarify though, true GRAY water doesn't contain any organics and the galley tank contains quite a bit of organic material thus it's not labeled gray it's a galley tank. It is often ALMOST as stinky as the black tank so NEVER dump it where you care what the area smells like. :)
