What is the "galley" gauge on my monitor panel?

I just bought a 2001 10.5' Forest River Real-Lite Truck camper. The monitor panel has light for 'battery', 'fresh', 'galley', 'bath/shower', and 'black'. I'm used to just seeing fresh, grey, and black...

I agree. In fact, we don't use our toilet for number two, so our grey water is often way worse. I am going to move the "how do I empty it" question over to the Truck Camper forum. Thanks
