What is this? It's connected to my battery but I don't know what it is or what it's supposed to do. Any help is appreciated.

Well, if you got that pic from the internet, what website did you get it from? Are there any clues from that site as to what this is? A file name on the pic? Can you back up the URL and get to a website and post that URL? Maybe we can figure it out then.
