What size of power drill for scissor jack socket?

Hi, What is the minimum strength of a cordless drill to use with the scissors jack socket? Would a 4V cordless screwdriver be sufficient for my "new to me" Gulf Breeze 26RKS (approx. 5100lbs) ? ...

18V would work and be very useful when not RVing. We like Makita
