What size of power drill for scissor jack socket?

Hi, What is the minimum strength of a cordless drill to use with the scissors jack socket? Would a 4V cordless screwdriver be sufficient for my "new to me" Gulf Breeze 26RKS (approx. 5100lbs) ? ...

Go to Harbor Frieght and buy one of their $19.95 3/8 drills. Also get a package with 1/4", 3/8". & 1/2" Adapters for $3.99.
Keep your threaded rod on the stabilizers lubed with a dry lube, NOT grease, and you'll be a happy camper.
