What size of power drill for scissor jack socket?

Hi, What is the minimum strength of a cordless drill to use with the scissors jack socket? Would a 4V cordless screwdriver be sufficient for my "new to me" Gulf Breeze 26RKS (approx. 5100lbs) ? ...

I'll take a few quick shots from an impact gun over listening to (and smelling) someone's modified diesel idling to "air up" or "warm up" for the hour it takes them make or break camp.
