What size of power drill for scissor jack socket?

Hi, What is the minimum strength of a cordless drill to use with the scissors jack socket? Would a 4V cordless screwdriver be sufficient for my "new to me" Gulf Breeze 26RKS (approx. 5100lbs) ? ...

Keep some replacement 1/8" split pins. That's all that holds that nut to the shaft. When it breaks, ball bearings fall out when the nut unscrews from the shaft. I drilled mine out to 3/16.
