Low & behold.... Progressive Industries has denied our warranty claim... go figure. They didn't even ask to send the unit to them, only asked for a description of the issue & a picture. Lifetime warranty? :h
So whatcha gonna do now? ... buy another Progressive hard wire EMS and have it installed by a "qualified RV shop", buy a Progressive portable version that by definition avoids the need to have it installed by anyone "qualified", or go with a different brand such as TRS? Inquiring minds would like to know. ;)
