Apparently not. According to OP they denied warranty coverage.
I saw that on a re-read.. Progressive Industries has just been sold to a holding company.. Sounds like a serious down grade
in the past I have heard of them replacing units that were CLEARLY damaged through no fault of Progressive Industries (IE: LIghtning strikes) so that they would deny without even investigating amazes me.
But then as I noted elsewhere. Fantastic Fan customer service is not so fantastic since they sold out either.. (IN fact it's not, period).
