now i'm looking for a manual charger with adjustable rate voltage. any suggestions?

there is a link in MEX's equalization post. i copied it here, but made the page about 2 feet wide, so...
anyhoo, i think this may be the way for me to go. totally hands on. only issue with this unit would be the limited amps. my pm4b starts at about 10 amps in 13.6 abs mode, so i'll need more amps at say 14.6v, yes? a unit like this would serve my needs well i would think, for both abs charging and topping and equalizing. and the pm4b could still be used if i do drain the batteries deep on occasion, and need a good boost charge.
any thoughts?
