when should a powermax pm4b drop into float mode

the 12v models won't work.

my only concern is what cable size would fit the 4mm bullet connector sockets.

i sent them a couple of emails inquiring as to whether or not the face plate would have to be removed to adjust the voltage, and what size cables the bullet connectors would usually accommodate.
