here's a question:
i've been looking at ac/dc switching power supplies, 3 in particular; the meanwell se-600-15 (for the high amps and adjustable voltage), the megawatt s-400-12 (for the same reason), and the arksen 3010d (mex's ebay link above) for the adjustable volts AND adjustable amps.
my question is, would the first two serve well as 'top-off' and 'equalizing' chargers, even though the amperage is not adjustable, or preset at a lower level like it is in equalizing mode on the b&d vec and the like? thanxx!
