If equalizing amperage bloats any higher than say six or seven percent of total amp hour capacity, that is NOT GOOD. To DROP and halfazz control too high an amperage capability, run on down to the parts store and buy a FIFTY WATT 12 volt screw in light bulb. Then get a plastic base.
Run the positive lead of the charger IN then OUT of the lamp base terminals. Connect the power supply negative direct to the batteries.
The YIELD will be something between 4 and five amperes LIMITED. Good for a single 100 amp hour battery. Need limits for a parallel or series setup? Buy More light bulbs and connect in series and or parallel.
This is close enough for H-Bomb calculations...
