sorry, not sure what you mean?
i'm looking at the meanwell se-600-15 40amper so i can use it as an abs charger as well as topping and E; and using the pm4b for boost when necessary (and occasionally float).
will the batts not keep the amps down to a safe E level after a near full charge?
