when should a powermax pm4b drop into float mode

After one battery reaches voltage setpoint aborbsion 20 amps and decreases from there.

After 4 batteries in parallel reach voltage setpoint absorbsion EIGHTY AMPS and then decreases from there.

Generator capacity is the linchpin.

Algebraic odd-man-out factor is you do not discharge your batteries four times as hard (amperage) just because you added three more batteries. Think about it.
