BFL is saying you want to keep the volts at 14.6. Converters drop volts down for the absorb portion of the charging when they really need to keep the bulk voltage going (bulk is 14.6V for the PM). Soooooooo, run your PM till it drops to 13.6, turn on your MeanWell that's already been set to 14.6 (or crank it to 14.8) and let it rock till 0 amps or that 5% of capacity or whatever. Check the SG, if not at full (your established full AKA baseline), THEN turn the MW up to 15.5V and run till full as verified by your hydrometer. Don't worry, once you've done this a few times, you won't need the hydrometer so much but, for now, you do.
