They have dealers they wholesale to. The dealers do not all carry the full range of PM products it seems, just their own selections. Also bestconverter has some sort of arrangement where they do some mods of their own and so have some specs of their own.
Not sure how to get one of the PM ones, but Errin at PM can explain that. Apparently there is a way. He did say a while ago that they don't want to undermine their dealers on price.
